What's really irritating is that if an employee notices someone has been skipped, they should personally bring the order to that customer instead of leaving it exposed to the open air and bugs. If this happens again, I won't be so forgiving.

Ordered a catering order for 10/27/23. Never received any notification it was ready so did not receive any food but was still charged $54. I am trying to get a refund by PayPal but ridiculous I have to go through this. Can’t believe I am fighting for food I never got. I’ll never go here again.

Haha, seriously? You called me Karen instead of Kim after I had to repeat it at least three times? I get that mistakes happen, but the attitude I received when I asked about a missing item from my order was unnecessary. The service was excellent, but my order was incorrect. Unfortunately, I had already left and was on my way out of town, so I couldn't return to have it corrected. We were missing two orders of fries, and the three spicy chicken sandwiches weren't prepared as I requested. I've never had an issue like this before, and I hope it won't happen again.

This restaurant have the more nasty service they not make fries earlier because they said the new owner put the new rules other restaurant yes like lumberto Raleigh is nice and good customer service but this restaurant IS NOT CLEAN AND I SEE ONE THIS EMPLOYER PLAY TO THE FOOD AND SNATCH THE BOX IN THE FLOOR AND KIT REALLY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE AND NASTY THE MANAGER LOOK LIKE SHE NOT TAKE SHOWER IN DAYS

This Chick-fil-A location in Hope Mills is one of the best my wife and I have been in. We stopped by after choir practice to grab some lunch. She grabbed the new sandwich which she loved. The decor is very nice and the staff is beyond friendly. While we were enjoying our meal I was giving a free shake since it was made twice. Absolutely love this place 100%!! Great food, Great service, Great location and I support their business practices with not being open on Sunday. I appreciate that they are teaching our youth some old practices that come from a wonderful community of religious teachings. I came 10-24-23 and ordered at 7:16 pm. I ordered a number 7 everything with regular but add pickles. They made it wrong multiple times because they didn’t add the bacon. First time, it was cold so I asked for it to be remake. Second time it was no bacon and your manager(s) in different red clothes shirts got attitudes about it. If it was made right, the first time they wouldn’t have to do it again. These are your managers and crew they aren’t doing they’re job on their end and getting mad at the customers. I was calm the first time times but your managers got mouths on them.

I have never had an issue or bad experience at any chick fil a until today. The drinks and carrier were dripping soda and leaking everywhere in my car. I said something to the lady but she didn't respond or apologize or offer napkins. No one wiped off cups and the cardboard of the carrier was wet. The fries were not fresh and without salt. I asked for more fries with salt and they asked me if I asked for salt? I said don't your fries come with salt. No response a she walks away. She brings me packets of salt. I ask for a manager and he acts like I am bothering him with this issue when I explain the all that has happened with the drinks and the salt packets. I ask him can I get some hot fries... View menu
