Chick Fil-a - Menu

Came here on Labor Day and say lots of employees abs typical long lines. They messed up our order twice and made me wait for a long time before someone acknowledged me and resolved the issues. The employees were still nice just not very competent.

Drive thru seemed slower than expected, but no problem. I asked a spoon for my shake and I was told he was in his pocket. Not only was it not in the bag, nor the fork for the Mac-n-cheese. Overall, the food was good, just a little tricky without utensils.

Unfortunately, this was the first Chick-Fil-A location I visited along the I-75 corridor between Atlanta, GA, and Tampa, FL, and I found it lacking in effective staff management for dine-in service. This Chick-fil-A is quite busy, but it's well-equipped to manage the crowds, featuring plenty of bathroom stalls and ample space for disposing of trash and picking up straws. I'm particularly a fan of their S.O.S. (Save Our Sauces) containers; they are much more generous with their sauce servings as a result, and you can easily grab some from there too.

I ordered food for 10 people, but they forgot to include 3 orders of fries and 2 drinks! The phone line was constantly busy, and since we were on the road, we couldn't resolve the issue. Come on, Chick-fil-A, pay attention to your orders! Being right off Highway 75, many travelers rely on getting the food they paid for. Aren't you already making enough money? This was a simple mistake that could have been avoided.

It was extremely busy, like busier than usual. I had a large order. Gael was nice, patient and meticulous in taking my order. There was a bit of a wait but I got my order exactly as ordered. All the employees were courteous, although a bit stressed andoverwhelmed due to the large crow of people placing orders to dine-in or carry-out, online orders for pick-up and drive-thruorders. I used to live in the area and decided to stop by on my way back to my hometown. Wow! I don't know who was cooking at lunch today, but it was by far the best Chick-fil-A sandwich I've had in years! It was perfectly crispy, not soggy, and had an amazing flavor. I highly recommend stopping at this location, whether you're a local or just passing through as a tourist—you won't be disappointed. The entire crew was outstanding! I wish this cook were in my town!

Slowest Chik Fl A I've ever been to and 35 minutes later when the order finally came out they not only got it wrong but items were missing. When I went back to get it changed to the correct orders the employees looked at each other dumbfounded and giggling as if they didn't mess the order up. Then they got the right item but still forgot the dressing. Lastly the staff was unprofessional, the establishment itself was generally dirty and unsightly. The bathrooms were disgusting and nearly all the tables were extremely messy. Avoid this particular Chik fil a.

I have always loved Chick-fil-A, and it has been my top choice for fast food, even as the quality of many other places has dropped recently. A lot of fast food just isn't good; it’s often poorly prepared, and you can find missing items in your order—not to mention the long waits in drive-thru lines. I usually rely on Chick-fil-A to deliver consistently, and I can honestly say I've never had an issue until now. The other day, I ordered a chicken biscuit, and the piece of chicken was smaller than a 50-cent coin. It was much smaller than the biscuit, and I was honestly just shocked.
