"Update : I will post pictures, I ordered at 7:03pm 9/1/23 my corn was 37° and frozen, my chicken strips 90°, my gravy was 117°. I took a thermometer to check them. You can see how small the 7 strips were and I paid $18.49 for this!!! I rated them 3 years ago and I 'm re-rating 2/11/23. If I could they would get zero, they could care less about customer service. An order was placed 1 day in advance and paid for in full, when we went to get the order they forgot and it was an important order it was to feed a family after a funeral. No we are sorry not regrets nothing acted as if they were put out. So they gave us what they had was it the amount we ordered who knows, their prices are extremely high and yet we chose to business there. It will never happen again. Done with this dollar poor customer business."

Second day in a row they refused to cook more dark meat. I asked if they would cook more, the guy who used to be the cook did not say today. A girl said the same thing yesterday. They had cooked many offers. The manager focused on cleaning and closing tasks.

Sometimes I stop at Chicken Express in Henderson on my way home to Nacogdoches. I am really glad I did today the meal was the best I've had. The chicken strips were nice large pieces the rolls were great the gravy was great and I just wanted to let them know keep doing a good job! View menu

I wanted the special they have on Mondays before it close. Wrong time to go because no dark meat and out of a lot of things to make a order. The manager was RUDE to people my special wasn't that at all payed for a meal with NO sides. Special $1.99 tax, so I spent $7.56 for the rolls and wings. So sad ready messed up!! ??

During my work trip, I decided to visit this location, as I usually enjoy their chicken. Unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. First, the service was lacking; the staff appeared to be dissatisfied with their jobs. Additionally, they were out of nearly every sauce that Chicken Express typically offers. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders were extremely dry! The mashed potatoes were heavily seasoned with pepper, making them almost inedible. I requested the BBQ sauce (the only one they had), but they forgot to include it with my meal. When I went to the counter to ask for it, the employee seemed inconvenienced and handed me a container that was covered in dried sauce....
