The chicken was okay. It definitely needs some spices. It took a while to get the chicken, but the gentleman in cooking was front and honest about it. It's not the worst henhouse in Palestine.

Pretty hard to defend this place when the past 6 times I?ve went there it has been wrong. Gonna keep this plain and simple. Food has been cold almost every time I?ve came. Night shift kids take 45 minutes to get a single sweet tea out. Do not come here. Save your money

Terrible service. Little girl on register didnt have a clue what she was doing. Bad management. Cancelled order on my bank card, place kept my mpney and never received back in bank account. Good food, terrible service. I thought Chicken Express was built on southern values. At least what the marketing campaign implies. The staff is rude and does strange things like, tells me that they are from chicken strips because the frits are cleaned. I understand that Friteurs need to be cleaned, but why rush at 6:00 during dinner. Don't make sense!
