Absolutely amazing! The food is outstanding, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I only wish I had found this gem sooner!

This restaurant is amazing! I was a little unsure when my wife first took me here, but the food and ambiance are delightful! I can't get enough of the tasty Kay Lynne chicken salad and the loaded potato soup. I will definitely be coming back, and I strongly recommend that you try it. Enjoy!

Love their chicken salads, soups..would love to have a dozen of those cookies they give you in your to go box.. The place is just cute and clean.. the one on Nova in Ormond has a very sweet Manager. The orders are always correct and delicious..give the place a try if you haven't..it's a winner in my book!!

Exceptional food and service! I can't praise this place enough! We tried the chicken bacon cheese salad served on a croissant, known as the Sassy Scotty, and it was fantastic. We also ordered pasta and broccoli salad as our sides, and both were excellent! I absolutely love their watermelon iced tea, and the strawberry lemonade was also delicious! The ambiance was wonderful! I will definitely return!

Chicken Salad Chick is not just one of my favorite healthy fast food lunch options; it’s also a joy to visit. Unlike many other fast food restaurants, the staff here are respectful, friendly, and professional. What a refreshing experience! The food is incredibly delicious as well. We had a lovely visit to Chicken Salad Chick with some friends. The selection of chicken salads was impressive and quite delicious. My wife and I tend to gravitate towards the creamier options, while our friend prefers the lighter choices. I chose the creamier varieties, and they were both flavorful and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience, and the restaurant itself was clean. All in all, it was a delightful outing!

Never heard of chicken Chick...let's goooo!! Menu had a lot to peak my interest for sure. Never knew chicken salad could be done so many ways. What a great business idea as there is zero wait time! Sandwich was awesome!! Mine had cranberries, walnuts, etc. Broc cheddar soup was delicious. I didn't expect a cookie in my meal...let's taste. OMG...OMG..OMG!!! Melted in my mouth!! Bringing a huge smile to my face now remembering how delicious and satisfying this simple little cookie was. Wow! What a treat and tasty lunch experience! 5 stars and 1 huge hug! Thank you ladies!

This is the second time I've been disappointed with this location. When I reached the window, the staff were talking about the previous customer, saying, "Well, I messed up her order... oops! Oh well, she's gone now," and then they started laughing. I hadn’t asked for any extras, but my bag was filled with about 20 packets of crushed and half-open cracker packages, spilling crumbs everywhere—both in the bag and all over my car. It’s truly disgusting. There seems to be no care or attention to detail at all. Considering the high prices, it's unacceptable to be treated by such immature staff who act like food service is a joke. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed. View menu
