"I come here quite often and today my sister and I stopped around 3 pm to place a to go order for a turkey pesto and chicken salad sandwiches with soups. When we checked the order we had virtually no turkey it was legit a baby piece and SUPER light pesto. My sister had very light chicken salad on her sandwich. We also didn’t receive crackers with our soups. I know how the sandwich should look we are regulars, so when I asked if they can add more meat the blonde hair girl seemed as if it was a problem. When her and the gentleman with the glasses remade the sandwiches we checked again, and once again the pesto was very light I asked for more. The blonde haired girl came from the kitchen to give me the sandwich and said “its on the bottom its there” like it was an issue. Apparently I wasnt the only customer who had an issue with their order because she was messing up other orders as well. I’m very disappointed and I will note to not come on a Saturday again."

I always love the atmosphere here and each location. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. You can sample if you are unsure which flavor you'd like. The Fancy Nancy is my favorite flavor!

I love CSC!! I just wish there was a location in the Oldsmar area. I always get The Chick Trio with Fancy Nancy on a croissant, a scoop of Jalapeno Holly and the grape salad. It's all absolutely delicious to the point of being addictive!

I've eaten at multiple Chicken Salad Chick locations, and honestly it never disappoints. Today the food was absolutely delicious, very fresh tasting, and very well priced. Jack was exceptionally entertaining as he rang us up. Will definitely be back.

I absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick! My favorite dish is the Cranberry Kelli mix, but their soups are also incredibly delicious—especially the chicken artichoke and chicken tortilla. I just wish there were more locations, particularly ones with a drive-thru. View menu

Love getting catering from this location. The food is wonderful, travels well and is a great value. Renee is a rockstar and while it was pouring rain out she directed me to the back door and loaded my car up so I could stay dry. She’s a gem! 10/10 will order again.

"The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of chicken salads to choose from. I tried a scoop of the Cranberry Kelli, Lauryn Lemon Basil, and egg salad, along with a cup of creamy chicken soup and some toast on the side. It was delicious! I can't wait to return soon!"

Cute little restaurant with a unique menu. I'm not a huge fan of chicken salad but was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. The food was fresh, there were 12 different styles of chicken salad and atmosphere was lively during lunch time. Not sure if I would go out of my way to come back but if I'm in the area again I would stop by. View menu

A great idea, done up right. We discovered the place a while back and keep returning. The salads are always fresh and tasty. My wife always gets Classic Carol and I like to try different flavors. I had the Dixie Chick last time and loved the onion in it. It's a friendly place and you can eat there. We do mostly takeout and order online. Quick and convenient.

10 out of 10 lunch in my book! This is a chicken salad lover's dream! So many different types of chicken salad! AHHHH it's overwhelmingly delicious. I act like a dog with the zoomies once I step foot inside!I personally enjoy Lauryn's Lemon Basil and Barbie-Q on a croissant with a side of macaroni and cheese. This meal comes with a complementary pickle and cookie.You can not go wrong with Chicken Salad Chick and that's on my life! I am a ride or die fan of this business and will ride until I can't ride any longer.
