I've had Chick fil A a few times lately. The food has gone down in quality and consistency. I don't know what's up but something isn't right lately.

The staff are always incredibly friendly and work swiftly and efficiently. The place is very clean, and the food is excellent! I also love the fun "toys" they offer with the kids' meals!

Stopped here for takeout the other day. I'm not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A. Chicken sandwiches are pretty standard. I do love their waffle fries though. All the food tasted good. It was freshly cooked and we only had to wait a few minutes. I don't mind waiting a little bit for food when I know it's going to be fresh when I eat it.

I visited the drive-thru yesterday at a location I often frequent. I usually buy gift cards for our company as well as food. However, yesterday's experience has made me reconsider that. When I reached the drive-thru window, the employee told me, "Next time, you need to come inside; this is too much for the drive-thru." I've never heard that before, and I've used this service many times. After receiving the gift cards, I asked if there was a receipt. The reply was, "Yeah, it's in there."
