"Called in an order for pick up. The lady on the phone was super nice and again when I went in to pay the service was great! No issues at all with the service I received. The food is a different story. My steak was a little chewy and the mashed potatoes I think may have been reheated or scorched, they had a funky taste. My husband's steak fajitas were like they had take a leftover steak and chopped it up. Fajita meat should be thinly sliced. Nothing at all like the food use to be at this location. This Chili's quality of food has declined in the last year or so. Unfortunately we are taking Chili's off our list of possible places to eat in McAlester. What is really sad is most of the places to eat in McAlester have been removed from our list. Good food on a consistent basis... is that so hard?"

I really enjoy this restaurant it's the perfect size and is never TOO crowded It always has a relaxed Atmosphere and is never chaotic. Every now and then they will have to start a waiting list for reservations but never ever lasts no more than 15 minutes.

I received a triple dipper all in ONE box. There were honey Chipotle wings on bottom, southwest eggrolls on top of that. So basically everything was covered in honey Chipotle BBQ sauce. Awful. This is the 2nd time for this exact experience. I guess they dont care what your food is like when you get it.

It was the typical food from Chili's. Service was ok, family of 4, wife and one child shared a meal.One child got a hamburger. So, 1 hamburger, 1 full order of ribs and I had the smokehouse combo. No alcohol, two sodas, one unsweet tea and a water. Bill was $100.09. That's ridiculous. I won't go back it's gotten way to expensive for what it is. View menu

When I pay outrageous prices for the food, I expect to get EVERYTHING it should come with! I ordered 4 appetizers and a salad: chips and salsa, a skillet queso, a guacamole, and wings... and then a quesadilla salad which should have come with a salsa. So, in total I should have received 3 bags of chips, 2 salsa, 1 queso, 1 wings, and 1 guacamole, plus my salad. You sent ONE SAD HALF FILLED BAG of chips for ALL that, on super bowl Sunday! The chips were basically crumbs and I paid almost $60!!! DO BETTER CHILIS! A very disgruntled customer...

I'm very generous with my ratings but it's hard to find good service most times. And this is just one experience that was very disappointing. I ordered queso, which they were out of so they substitute it with chili which I swear was just a can of Wolf brand chili from the store. Ordered drinks (alcoholic) before everything and didn't get them until the end and they were wrong anyways..ya i won't be going back anytime soon. The waitress was sweet but not accommodating in any service to speak highly on.. Thanks but no thanks. Maybe a different shift or time off day would be better but for me ide rather not go waist another $100 on a possibility.
