"After what felt like an eternity, the Texas fries appetizer finally arrived, but the waiter still hadn't taken our main course orders. We waited a considerable amount of time, only to hear that my daughter's chicken tender meal was ready, while our burgers and fajitas were still not available. After my daughter's meal was served, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our food. It's worth mentioning that the restaurant was empty the entire time, with no new customers coming in after us. To make matters worse, as we grew increasingly frustrated with the long wait, we could hear the staff loudly singing “Happy Birthday” in the kitchen—not for a customer, but for one of their own! This was happening while we waited over 30 minutes for our burgers. When our food finally arrived, it was disappointing, and the waiter struggled to remember the specifics of our order. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience."

Amazing service, Lisa was very friendly and took our order with no complaints, with 6 adults and 19 kids, celebrating my kids birthday. My child was so excited for the birthday surprise dessert. I do not regret spending my money.

The menu at this restaurant is quite extensive; it took us 20 minutes just to figure out what to order! While the smokehouse special we tried was only average, we rated our experience at two stars thanks to the outstanding service from our waitress.

I went to this restaurant for lunch and received excellent service from Marc, who was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, although the portion was so large that I struggled to finish it. I also tried the Black Cherry Blitz margarita, which was very tasty.

The service was very disappointing. Our meals were served at different times, and one dish even had a hair in it. The waiter appeared to overlook our table entirely; he never refilled our drinks, and we had to ask three times before we finally received a takeout box. Although the food was good, the poor service has made me decide not to return.

Southwest eggrolls appetizer was ok. 3 item smokehouse combo was mostly soggy from the corn to the brisket quesadilla. Pasta was just ok. Service was terrible. I got my soup, appetizer and meal before my soda came out though I did ask 3 times. Place waspretty empty for 6pm. Not only did I not enjoy my experience but the couple sitting behind us were also saying how bad thisplace was. I?m embarrassed I suggested this place for dinner. My husband and I frequent this restaurant often. On March 1, 2022, my husband wanted to go for cocktails so I left work at 5pm and headed there. We were told by other customers that there was a 45-minute wait, but we decided to go in anyway. The restaurant was short-staffed with only one waitress and greeter. Jocelyn was our waiter and she did a fantastic job, even though she was alone. She efficiently attended to everyone with a smile on her face and made sure everyone was satisfied.

After a tough day, I spontaneously decided to drop by Chili's. I was greeted by Lisa, who was truly wonderful. Even though the restaurant was busy and she was the only server on duty, she handled everything exceptionally well. The atmosphere was vibrant, with plenty of patrons at both the tables and the bar, all appearing to enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this spot—Lisa is fantastic, the food was tasty, and my mood completely improved. Perhaps the margarita played a part in that as well! This was my first visit to Chili's, but I will definitely return. And remember to tip your servers!
