"I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this location, especially since it's my second issue here. A few months back, they forgot to include my chips and salsa in my online order, which was on me for not double-checking the bag. Today, I went into the restaurant and ordered veggie tacos, requesting the guacamole on the side. The server packaged the guacamole in a container, as I expected. However, when I reached the cashier, I was charged for the side of guacamole. I explained that I only wanted the guacamole that comes with the tacos served on the side, not an extra portion. The cashier insisted that she had to charge me because the container was larger than the amount typically served with the tacos. In my opinion, this reflects very poor customer service. 08/02/22."

I ordered a bowl with pollo asado chicken and I didn?t get chicken on it. This is awful. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would?ve ordered it. Can someone help me, I just want a refund for my bowl.

I waited 15 minutes while the staff, who were supposed to be preparing orders, were distracted by their phones, making it obvious to everyone. To top it off, there were large chickens roaming around, which added to the chaos. I won't be returning. View menu

The flavor was overwhelmingly salty, which was another downside. Overall, it was just a bit too much for my taste this time.

The curly-haired teenager at the restaurant clearly expressed her frustration about the job, stating multiple times that she was done with it. Ironically, she might be better suited for a McDonald's, especially in a rural area. While it's understandable for an inexperienced teenager to comment on how busy it is, no one wants to hear her complain incessantly. This location has consistently had issues, and it might be best to completely revamp the place.
