"My cafe holy grail items will always be matcha latte and an açaí bowl (if they have it). Venturing here for the first time, the logo of the glasses wearing person with a fedora caught my attention. Surprised by how much space was actually in here. There were 5 tables inside giving enough sit down space for I guesstimate at least 12 folks. The service could be better. I always giving the benefit of the doubt that some people may have bad days and aren 't good at masking it. When I ordered, I asked for the açaí bowl and told, the kitchen is closed with an air of annoyance and defence. Like I couldn 't understand. When I asked if that was all day, the server stated they needed to wait for coverage to come in. Now I planned to sit and work a while, as soon as I mentioned I can wait, the servicer said he would make it. It could have gone much smoother than this. A simple not at this time but if you can give me a few moments, I 'll take care of it soon would be the best response. Aside from the service, the bowl was great. Too great because I couldn 't finish it! Matcha gets my stamp of approval. And sadly I did see a dead bug on the floor but the place did not look or feel dirty so it may have been a one off. Shrug. This trip gave me mixed feelings. Maybe one day I 'll give it another go."

Nice spot! Fully Kosher! Not open on Shabbat. Nice vibes. They also have a nice outdoor area in front to sit. I'll be back:

The coffee was good, but the staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. It was quite surprising to experience such poor service in NYC!

Grabbed a hot chocolate, chocolatte’ and some other delicious concoction by the super friendly baristas behind the counter. More please. View menu

A big thanks to the friendly staff! The iced coffee is delicious, and the fresh potato burekas are outstanding. I really enjoy picking one up before hopping on the subway.

Great kosher coffee shop right on the busy Franklin ave street. Small but cozy. Cookies and all good pastries, snacks, coffee, fresh juices, sandwiches to go. Few small tables. This location closes 6:45. The one on Kingston ave is open 24 hours. Except Shabbos.

This place may be small and easy to miss but it's a must go! I love this place because the guy who works there is so nice and makes sure you get your bang for your buck. They add an extra shot of espresso to iced lattes to prevent it from being watered down. My oat milk latte was sooo good and strong, will definitely be back. View menu

For a restaurant called Chocolate, I was quite disappointed with the "Hot Chocolate." It was overly sweet and just very basic—not impressive at all. I couldn't even finish half of it. The medium size costs $4.80, and while they offer mugs for enjoying your drink there, it's not worth the price. On the plus side, the Wi-Fi is good, but there's no bathroom available.

I used to be a regular customer but I won't be coming back. I asked to use the restroom and was told no. About a half hour later, a Jewish customer asked to use the restroom and the worker responded warmly and walked her to the restroom. Last I checked segregation laws ended years ago. Personally, I'm not interested in experiencing them so my business is going elsewhere.Edit for response: There is no misunderstanding. I was told there was no public restroom and then a worker allowed a Jewish customer to use the restroom 30 minutes after I asked. Not sure how that could be misunderstood.
