"The lady working here today(8/19/21) at 1 p.m literally was yelling and cussing at a poor lady because she was blind, had her seeing eye dog and wouldn't allow her in the establishment.. instead of politely refusing if she felt so strongly about an animal inside she was absolutely terrible. Even as the blind lady tripped and fell out side,scrapping up her knees, the women was still yelling at her, degrading her for having a service animal.. luckily a kind stranger helped her up, all the while the employee still yelling. I really hope something is done about this incident, because that was absolutely uncalled for"

"at culver’s in marion. went through Drive-thru sat and waited for our food for 25 minutes, girl went on the parking went back to the load with our bag eating cuz she did not see on our day. I didn't have our desserts. still 5 to 10 minutes waited kitty in and finally got the food they had not yet made. that was cold. Now we have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get hot food and our concrete melt in the car. I don't understand. I worked for 30 years in food service and it was never like that and everything we have was here, here you eat is no excuses or offer for the long wait and then make it again when eating."

"Each time I visit, my experience varies quite a bit. The beer selection changes seasonally, so you have to inquire about it each time you go. The cocktails are usually fantastic. However, I've struggled with the food. The burgers can be too dry at times, while other visits they’re fine. The pizzas are also inconsistent; the crust is just average, but the rest is decent. On the plus side, the appetizers are quite good—I would definitely recommend trying those. Overall, I suggest giving the place a shot once or twice to see if it appeals to you. I’m still on the fence about whether it's truly good or not."
