"A nice place for a quick snack or small meal between stops. Located in the Brigham Medical Building at 850 Boylston, the location of the lobby and near the restrooms is convenient. The staff during my visit was polite and professional, in particular the cashier and shift manager. The cashier was helping others between patron cash outs and was helpful in finding lemons for my tea. The young man, who appeared to be the shift manager, was organized, friendly, helping staff, and filling in to see small tasks were done. The food appeared to have fresh ingredients and during my 7 AM visit staff was seen preparing fresh prepackaged items for the day. There were ample and varied of items for different customer tastes and dietary needs. The prices were moderate, but in line for a health care facility. The quality was markedly better than the other sites I have visited at medical facilities. In all, a good choice."

There is not a lot of room to discuss how horrible this place is. The food is bland for the most part and overpriced, at the main campus the food is better more options, and cheaper

The food was amazing, and the hospitality was truly heartfelt. I will definitely be coming back to this café and highly recommend it to others. Make sure to try the Turkey Pesto Panini—it's absolutely delicious!

I love the people that work there but the coffee and hot drinks are awful. They all taste watered down and the prices are beyond expensive for employees. Consider an employee discount for the people that support your business every day! View menu

Went in for a quick breakfast while waiting for my boyfriend to finish his appointment. Their breakfast has 5-6 options and I opted for the Egg white caprese sandwich. The roasted tomatoes were my favorite part of the sandwich! Staff was friendly and there was no wait. It looks like they offer salads, sandwiches (on Iggy's bread), smoothies, coffee, and 4 options for soup when it comes to lunch. My sandwich was a little greasy (pesto was the culprit) but it was good!

Well they should have fried chicken sandwiches it bc grill isn't healthy enough for $11.34 chips drink and sandwich but better then shake shack would cost $16.54 . Food delicious and yummy . Is run by HUGE food contracting restaurant . Tip 1st floor in the left side I think . So much breakfast portions choose from. The place is such a gem fir patients and doctors . Had some much of food to eat . I suggested to stock or invest in UTZ or wise chips or wachusetts . Much better then LAYS

I work in the same building as this restaurant, and I have to say, their professionalism is lacking. There's an older lady who is quite rude to customers. Just recently, a coworker discovered hair in their rice bowl, which is very concerning. Today, I went in to get a cup from the café for my oatmeal, something I've done many times before without any issue. However, this time, the older woman insisted on charging me for the cup. It's outrageous that after all this time, she is suddenly making me pay for it. I highly recommend you save your money and consider dining elsewhere! View menu

Food allergies? Don't even bother. I'm not sure if the cafe has new management, but the customer service has really declined. Aside from salads, there are no gluten-free options on the menu, which is quite disappointing for those with dietary restrictions. It seems like the restaurant has made little effort to accommodate those with allergies. When I asked about the lack of gluten-free bread, the staff barely acknowledged my inquiry. Eventually, I was told that the bread had been removed due to low demand, even though it was never actually listed on the menu. Unless customers specifically ask, they wouldn’t even know a gluten-free option exists. Time to look for a better place to eat.

Food allergies? Don’t count on it. I'm not sure if this café has changed management, but the customer service has drastically declined. Besides salads, there were no gluten-free options available. This is a common problem for those with gluten allergies when restaurants don't offer proper alternatives. When I asked about the absence of gluten-free bread, my question was barely acknowledged. I was eventually told that the manager had removed the bread option due to demand, even though it was never listed on the menu to begin with. Unless someone specifically asks about alternatives, they wouldn’t even know that gluten-free options are available. I’ll be looking for a better restaurant.

"I haven't been here in several years and this place has changed the menu since then. They used to serve crepes, but it seems like that is no longer on the menu. I miss the crepes they used to serve, but this place still seems like an excellent local coffee shop with sandwiches.Service: I was greeted promptly as soon as I walked in even though the worker was busy making a drink. They take your name when you order at the counter in the middle of the cafe, and they call out your name when your individual items are ready to pick up from the counter. They do not serve dine-in orders within 30 minutes of closing. There are tables on either end of the cafe, but not much, so don't expect a seat during peak times.Coffee: Served as is, the hot latte was foamy and velvety without any bitterness. Even though my order was to go, I was surprised to still see latte art when I took the lid off.Food: I ordered the Otom sandwich, which includes egg, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato spicy aioli, on your choice of bread. I chose to have on an everything bagel, which had a perfectly substantial amount of chewiness. The egg was overcooked and dry, but the rest of the ingredients, like the tomato and the aioli, covered up the dryness. The spicy aioli is mild but does add a nice small kick to the flavors. It is a fairly greasy and messy sandwich thanks to the bacon and aioli, so be sure to have a couple of napkins on hand. Overall, it was delicious."

"Went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was empty. The interior has a lot of cultural decorations. They also have a mini shop selling merch and some ingredients for their dishes. Our server was friendly, and the food was brought out in waves, in a reasonable amount of time. Pickled Tea Salad $12.85): Had to get this because it is one of their signature dishes. It was a bit too salty, but I enjoyed it overall, especially the crunchiness of the nuts. However, the price is expensive relative to the preparation effort also considering that you can buy the ingredients from their in store shop for cheaper). Chicken Plata $9.75): The flatbread was very good. It was kind of like a thinner scallion pancake. The curry was also pretty good. Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup $14.25): The broth was creamy with a deep coconut flavor. The noodles were soft and had a starchy aftertaste. The chicken was overly salted and not plentiful, and the egg was just there. Golden Chicken Noodles $14.25): This was basically a brothless version of the Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup. Rainbow Chicken Noodles $14.25): This was a unanimous favorite of the noodle dishes. The sauce was slightly sweet with a subtle kick. My friend also paid an extra $2 for a chicken fritter. I did not try it, but she said it was crispy and good. Rangoon Iced Tea $4.99): I did not try this either, but my friend liked it—said it tasted like Hong Kong milk tea. They sell the powder for this in their in store shop as well.Overall, the food was pretty good but didn't quite live up to my expectations after all of the hype that I had heard. I also feel like the prices could be cheaper. However, Yoma is still worth checking out if you're in the area!"
