"I decided to try this restaurant based on my mom's recommendation, as she is health conscious and thoughtful about her food choices. When I arrived, the cashier was friendly and the food was prepared quickly. However, I was disappointed by the small portion size of the chicken bowl with veggies, especially considering the $10 price tag. The chicken seemed artificial and had a soft, mushy texture. While I appreciate the concept of clean eating, I believe I could have gotten better value and satisfaction for my money at Chipotle. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of the food."

I was suffering from high blood pressure and I stumbled across this place. Lisa the manager took VERY good care of my husband and I. It's nice and clean, everyone is friendly, and the vibes are very welcoming for anyone who struggles with weight loss. They focus on health not size, and I love it. The grab and go freezer is my FAV.. As a busy wife this helps out so much!

My first time visiting one of these establishments and for my first time try, I must say it was amazing. My husband and I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp Wrap with Mac and cheese and when I tell you I will be in search of one of these in the state where I live. I truly enjoyed it and the prices are great. They also offer pre prepped meals for those who are apart of a membership program. They sell wellness products and that makes it more than just a restaurant.
