Their food is absolutely delicious. My all-time favorites are BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Mack and Cheese, and their brand new meal, Piggy Mac and Cheese. I definitely recommend this place.

Emily is Awesome… She got me hooked on clean eats… This is a really good concept… I have been picking up lunches when I am in Knoxville which is way healthyer than fast food the food is fresh, it tastes good, it is easy to heat up, and it is portioned right. Emily, her father/mother, and their entire crew are absolutely amazing people. The environment has a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about their food and what they do for people. Not only is the food amazing but the QUALITY of the food is amazing. They will always have my business and I would highly recommend them for a good sit-down meal and/or meal prepping service.

I started a healthy lifestyle and its been hard because I have gastroparesis, IBS and ulcers. It was to the point were everywhere i would eat i was super sick within a few hours or minutes and i have had a rough relationship with food. I tried clean eatz cafe part and it was delicious and my stomach didn't hurt. I'm not sick and I love food again.
