Cobalt - Menu

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Laid back vibe with great seafood. We had oysters Rockefeller, shrimp and grits, with a side of hoppin' John. My wife and girls had 3 different kinds of pizza. If you are in Orange Beach, you should definitely check it out.

Well worth the wait! We went on a Saturday night and had a 2 hour wait for our party of 7. We sat outside, listened to the awesome band, and drank some amazing drinks with fantastic service! Kyle was our server inside when we got our table and he was fantastic!

Please make a reservation. We were able to slide in , in less than an hour due to a cancelation. Superb customer service from every person we met. Our waiters went above and beyond. Always a great time. The tuna and avocado stack is amazing and always a go to. Our server told us the specials and even mentioned a special appetizer (search scallops in with a bbq butter sauce) which we jumped all over. Service was excellent and food was great. Drinks are always solid. Can't beat the view either.

I visit this restaurant every time I'm in town, and I always enjoy it. I love that they offer outdoor seating with a lovely view. The gluten-free options on the menu are clearly indicated, which is very helpful. The brunch is fantastic, whether you choose from the menu or opt for the buffet. Plus, the happy hour specials are great deals as well.

The oysters I had were the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. The view and ambiance were lovely, making it a perfect setting to watch boats go by, and the sight of a great blue heron was an added bonus for my birthday celebration. They even treated me to a complimentary vanilla cupcake, which was wonderful. However, the fresh catch of the day was overcooked and dry, and the shrimp in my pasta lacked flavor and were also overcooked. View menu

Celebrated my Sister's Birthday w/Family Cobalt while visiting Gulf Shores. Unfortunately they didn't take reservations for large parties when we visited so we ended up waiting more than 1 1/2 hours for a table. Just as we were about to leave they were finally able to get us seated. There were 20 people in our party we all ordered a variety of menu items. Chaiden our Server was Amazing saved the night! He was very attentive, got our food out in less than 30 mins. made the Experience better than when it began.

The raw oysters were the best I’ve ever had. While we were waiting, a woman mentioned that another place nearby is ranked #1 for oysters, while Cobalt is #2. We decided to try that other spot the next day, but they didn’t come close to the oysters at Cobalt. They truly were outstanding. The swordfish was great too, although slightly overcooked; still, it was delicious. I also ordered a trio of baked oysters: Garlic Parmesan, Creole Casino, and Rockefeller. While they weren’t quite as amazing as the fresh oysters, they were still excellent and definitely worth ordering again. We will absolutely be returning!
