"I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. My experience tonight was terrible. My husband and I were picking up an Uber order and when we arrived at the drive-thru window, the night manager Jason was extremely rude. He called my husband a "dumbass" for not going through the empty drive-thru line and said we needed to go back and use the intercom to place our order. Despite there being no one else in line, he insisted we cancel our order because of our supposed rudeness. As managers at a fast food company ourselves, we know this behavior was uncalled for. We were deeply disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated. We have never had such a negative experience before and my husband will be contacting HR to address this issue. We hope that in the future, the staff will provide better customer service. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was very unpleasant."
