The hollandaise sauce was different from what I'm accustomed to—it was quite thick, almost the consistency of peanut butter. While the flavor was acceptable, it had a taste reminiscent of a sauce made from a powder packet. I appreciated the availability of gluten-free options, but the gluten-free white bread had some unusual seeds that I didn't care for; it felt more like a multigrain or whole wheat rather than true white bread. Overall, nothing was truly bad, but it didn't wow me either."
