"The chips with guacamole and cheese were fantastic, just like always, and the bean cheese burrito was great too. These are simple dishes to make, but they really hit the spot for me. I didn't have any complaints about the restaurant. My only issue was that the driver left my order on the doorstep instead of handing it to me as I had requested. It would have been nice if they at least rang the doorbell or knocked so I would know my food had arrived. I usually tip my drivers upfront, but I always add more if they follow my instructions. In this case, I didn't have the opportunity to give them a higher tip, as they missed the chance to make a good impression."

Not enough carne and wasnt very evenly distributed. Half was just rice. But it tasted bomb.

Nothing great about this place. Ordered rolled chicken taquiotos and ended up with a tostada with rice and beans. Also had to wait 20+ minutes for the wrong order and a stomach ache, have had better. View menu

I used to live up the street from here on Prospect. When i had money for brinner I'd always make my way here for a C/A plate and rolled tacos w guac chased back with a big gulp Dr.P. My how the site has changed since the 80's.

Fabulous Mexican Guacamole. Love the Chips with Guacamole Cheese.. And the basics are always good too: Bean Cheese Burrito and Cheese Quesadilla. No complaints. Been a loyal customer for at least 24 years. Only used door dash a few times to order from here. View menu

We absolutely LOVE Cotijas! The food is consistently great. However, we've noticed that as avocado prices rise, the quality of the guacamole has decreased significantly. Could we suggest offering sour cream as an alternative to the watered-down guacamole? It would be a more affordable option, and I believe customers would appreciate it. Nonetheless, we still love you guys!
