"I've enjoyed Cracker Barrel several times before, and it has always been a great experience. However, my visit to this location did not meet those expectations. It was my first time here, and unfortunately, the food took a long time to arrive, and our server wasn't very attentive. Additionally, the quality of the food was not up to the usual standards. We had to keep an eye out for our server just to get a to-go box. It was a busy day and time, which may have contributed to the challenges for the staff."

I ordered Thousand Island dressing, but the waitress informed me that they don't serve it, which was really disappointing. The steak was cold and tough, and the baked potato was also cold and tough. Overall, I was just not satisfied at all. View menu

It was 745 pm.... Took 35 minutes for food to arrive for a party of 3, with 40 percent of the facility full. Most of the food items came out room temperature.... apparently our order had been sitting for a while. I'm saying this because the location usually provides excellent service and food quality.

I called twice to place an order, and both times I was kept on hold for quite a long time—over 20 minutes the first time and more than 15 minutes the second time. The staff was unhelpful, and it seemed like there was a lack of leadership. I then called the location in Anderson, SC, and they took my order in just one minute! I would not recommend the Powdersville location.
