"I’ve been coming to this place for years and have always enjoyed the fantastic food. However, the service has reached new heights! Our server, David, made us feel like we were dining at a five-star restaurant. I only write reviews when I’m truly impressed, and Crawfish Cafe is fortunate to have someone as exceptional as him on their team."

Loved their seafood! They have really good raw oysters and their lobster tail is delicious! I also highly recommend the oyster nachos appetizer!

It was ok. The flavor was good, but my calamari was mushy. The server forgot some of our items. Disappointed, but we'll try this place again at their peak season.

We usually only order the crawfish egg rolls when we visit, and they are incredibly crispy with amazing flavor—absolutely addictive! We also tried the fries once, and they were delicious as well. Overall, everything is still fantastic, from the service to the food!

Crawfish Cafe took me by surprise. I love crawfish and a real critic when it comes to it but crawfish Cafe was AMAZING! They were big and flavorful! It was packed. The was about 30-40 mins in which they texted you when your table was ready. The staff was very attentive and continued to check on us.

I've always enjoyed visiting Crawfish Cafe, but my experience today was exceptional. The Cajun fried rice is a must-try. Our waiter, Kevin, was fantastic—very attentive, polite, friendly, and communicative, and he provided great recommendations. I highly recommend stopping by Crawfish Cafe; you won't regret it! Service was amazing. Seafood we got tasted fresh and super flavorful. Honestly was not expecting a seafood shack in the middle of the mall to be any good but definitely has exceeded my expectations. Our favorite sauce combo was lemon pepper and garlic butter! One thing I will say is that the sauce is a tad bit on the salty side.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
