"The disappointment of ordering something and getting your food to be told we don’t do that at this location is ridiculous like not only did I wait on my food but it’s not what I ordered so why would you think I would want that? It’s not even the fact they don’t do make the spicy chicken in bowls for breakfast. It’s the fact I waited after ordering my food and pulled around when y’all could’ve said that at the window instead of wasting my time this morning. Like one thing about red oak that I absolutely can not stand is the fact that every last one of these fast food places are garbage. So not only do I not have my food I have a parfait and a drink which I’m more than sure is less than what I paid for a bowl.I guess I’ll have to dispute my purchase with my bank next never again."

"The food was edible, but it’s not as good as it used to be. I found it strange that there were no customers on a Saturday at 12:30 PM. The young woman at the register wasn't very helpful when I had questions about the menu, and I could barely hear her when she spoke. There were no lemons or limes at the soda and utensil station, so I asked her if they had any. She then went to a cabinet behind the register, pulled out a lime with her bare hands after handling money, and didn’t wash her hands or use any gloves. I decided to throw it away after explaining why, but she didn't offer an apology or provide a lime handled properly. My meal lacked flavor; a lime would have made a difference. The cilantro lime rice had no lime taste, and the potatoes were cold and dry. As for the veggie tacos, they were mostly black beans instead of the mix of vegetables I remember from the past. The salsa and chips were good, but overall, I likely won’t come back due to the lack of service and flavor."

"Just visited 02/2025 and had a pretty ho-hum experience. Been here before and it was alright but service on this visit tipped it over the edge. I’ll start with the good, the burger was good, seasoned well and cooked correctly. The bad, we ordered an appetizer it didn’t show up. When our waitress brought our dinner she apparently didn’t even notice because I had to ask about it. She said she thought it would, “be right out” to which I replied that’s she can cancel it since it was supposed to be an appetizer. A couple minutes later she arrives with the appetizer anyway in a to-go container. Ok, sure, I guess. In the meantime I started my meal, as I said, the burger was good, however the Mac-n-Cheese I got as a side was watery and bland. So the waitress comes back to check on us and asks how everything is and I say that I was less than thrilled with the Mac. She says, “yeah, it’s not my favorite either. So do you want me to take it for you?” Her entire demeanor came across as apathy. For what they charge, I would expect the service and products to be on lock. I won’t be back. To reply: The server DID not offer to exchange the side item as I said her only reply reply was, “Yeah, it’s not my favorite either” and then offered to remove it from the table, maybe she thought she did, but she did not. If she had this review wouldn’t be here. Further, I specifically I asked her to cancel the appetizer that was “overlooked” since our main entree had been delivered. The apathetic part, to me, comes directly from the statement about not liking the Mac herself and not offering a replacement or at least to send a manager over. Maybe it’s an off night, but that rubbed me the exact wrong way."

"I wouldn't particularly recommend this restaurant, especially with a Panda Express nearby. Not to be harsh, but the rice isn't of good quality and the sesame chicken was overly sauced. The only decent thing was the sweet and sour chicken, but it's not worth almost $20 for a meal for two people."

"very disappointed by this restaurant. entered on karaoke night, a Saturday, and sat down to wait for the server. around 6:30 a.m. and about 5 minutes later a few went in, sat like us, greeted the server with a hug, and immediately was served with drinks as well as chips and queso. it seemed like there was only 1 server so we patiently waited another 10 minutes while we clean the woman 1 table and sit another couple. then the same woman came back with chips and queso for the same couple. the family next to us even shook their head in unbelievable, and the server would not make any eye contact with us and not pass by our table. at this point we felt ignored and undesirable so that we left. In addition, there was a black man waiting on one table that she had recognized and had not cleaned his table immediately, as she did for the other couple to be sitting. I hate to bring racism, but it seemed as if they buried the white couples in the restaurant. I feel like the service he did, she knew she didn't even ignore us out of twice. would not recommend based on this experience, sad."
