"Having a drink at the bar before we dined, the bartender seemed frazzled, took a long time to greet us, and failed to garnish our drinks correctly. When we checked in with the host, they had us wait, even though we had checked in 20 minutes prior, before going to the bar. The person who brought water was asked to bring lemon and never did. Thankfully, our server, George, was excellent! George made sure we had food and beverages continuously flowing throughout the meal, ensured we have a appropriate silverware, and cleared our table as necessary The food overall was very good, but not as great as we expected. The most memorable item on the menu was the warm butter cake amazing! "

As always, a superb experience, unmatched steak house in Boston. Our go-to restaurant for special occasions or if we just want a superlative meal in beautiful setting with extraordinary service.

Food and drinks were great as well as customer service. Not so happy with the ambiance maybe because we love the other location at the Seaport and it is hard to compete with that one! Overall another great experience at Del Frisco's View menu

My boyfriend and I went to the restaurant during restaurant week. The Caesar salad and shrimp that we had as appetizers were delicious. We both loved the filet mignon as our main course, it was amazing! For dessert, we ordered chocolate mousse and butter cake, both of which were very tasty. Our waitress, Jules, was also fantastic!

First, how can you offer a Moscow Mule as one of your special cocktails and not have any ginger beer tonight So at least their VIP special cocktail was great as a substitute The entrees and salads were fantastic and the salted bread was very good, too. The largest and best seared scallops we’ve had of alll steakhouses! And their halibut special was cooked perfectly and a very nice portion...delicious Their cheesecake was smooth and dense and tasted very good but not the biggest fan of their nut filled crust Our server, Grayson, was excellent We plan to come back to a Del Frisco Double Eagle Steakhouse to try their steaks finally.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
