"I love their food but will never go back after their employee was extremely rude to one of my daughters friends. His wife got him a ice cream cone he dropped it because of his MS (he shakes alot) so his wife got him another one and the employee Mark marched over to the table and loudly lectured them only one ice cream per person that’s stealing” they tried to explain what happened but he was persistent and not listening, it embarrassed them greatly. Sad in many ways the owner and other employees are very nice and I love their food but this was INEXCUSABLE!!! over a small ice cream cone they lost my daughters and my business."

I paid 7$ for a slider that could barely fit in my palm. hugest waste of money ever spent. I spent less and got AUTHENTIC and good bbq down the street last week never going to dickies again.

The male staff at this restaurant were unfriendly, but the female workers were very pleasant. Overall, the service was lacking. I suggest trying your luck at Denny's down the road. The meat was dry and the mac and cheese was worse than what you would find in a box.

Working at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is amazing! I smoke delicious meats all day long and I am always doing something different every day. I get to interact with all the customers, asking them how their day is going, they almost always say “better now that I’m here”. It’s a very positive environment and the management is absolutely outstanding!
