"I work there and had a bad experience with the manager hong he touches the raw meat with his hands he expects me to use one glove when dealing with food he uses old food days old until it's gone he's admitted that he's cheap he will literally put 30% of fat in your food even when you tell him not to do not go to this location I will be calling the health department they do not have dish sanitizer or no dish detergent in there the only cooking method they use is a one eye stove in the back and it's not even a real stove and the grill that you see in the front the rotisserie and they barely clean that"

People were friendly and nice, but they should be careful with food proportions. I asked about one side of Pickles and literally got a PICKLE. Was not asked if I wanted grill, no utensils made available. Please work on food portions!

Let's just say a star because the staff was very nice. But the dry chicken coupled with the Bbq beans that were hard when pebbles were simply disappointing. The restaurant was hot. Spent $20 for a terrible tasteless meal. Will not return. View menu

Terrible experience at this restaurant. I felt completely ignored by the staff member who was sitting on a cooler, listening to music instead of attending to customers. I wouldn't recommend this place; it has a very unprofessional and unwelcoming vibe.

This isnt my first time ordering 2 for 24 deal. I was hesitant to order delivery from this parks mall location. My food came cold. Sausage old. Turkey dry. Portion small. I didn't ask for chop brisket and got chop brisket. Very dissatisfied with the quality of food from this location. View menu

I went to use a coupon, but they refused to accept it. They claimed they haven't issued any coupons in five months, so it was impossible for me to get that one from the mall. I don't understand why it matters where I got it. Four of my employees have used these coupons without any issues, and we always purchase additional sides and drinks along with it.
