"Before I start, I say that the staff is pleasant and polite. I have no complaints about the actual employees. I see that the employees are very nice and take care of making the customer happy. I guess they just need to work out how to make the products. today I ordered a large hot pumpkin seasoned latte, with whip cream. When I got into the window, they gave me a big ice cream. I told them I asked for hot demand and they offered to remake it. they couldn't take the ice cream back and said to keep it. I tipped $1 for her problems and ran away. when I tasted the hot latte, it was best to lukewarm and tasted bitter. it didn't seem to be what I ordered hard, I think it was just a regular laugh with a kind of hazelnut maybe? it was rough and not what I ordered. I thought at least I had this ice cream. I cost it. it was also rough. neither one was pumpkin seasoned. the ice cream was so watery, it had no taste except a weak note on sugar and cinnamon. Even the milk in the coffee was so watered that I could not taste it. I stopped at the gas station to throw them both away. very rough. both drinks were so strange tasting that I asked if there was something wrong with my smell or taste. So I went home and started to smell and cost others, worried that my senses somehow failed me. but no. my taste and odours work perfectly. they were the drinks that were kind of out. no one tasted everything like a pumpkin. but the ice cream didn't even taste like coffee."

The only place I get coffee anymore. Great prices. flavourful drinks, polite and hardworking staff! I've been sampling the food items and snackin bacon is probably my favorite. The avocado toast is tasty too. They use sourdough toast.... So good!

Stop on my way through they were very busy with drive through orders. With that said my wait inside was still completed in a timely fashion. The staff was amazing knowing how busy they were smiling and treating customers great. This is what I saw anyways. View menu

Severely disappointed in the employees at this location. Multiple times we have attempted to wait for coffee at this location. At this specific visit the employees were sitting in the lounge chairs and watched us walk in. We went to the restaurant room to wash our hands came out and they hid in the back. Where we could hear their entire conversation. After 10 minutes and looking for someone to assist us we left. Not a single car or other customer in the store. Love Dunkin but don’t waste your time on this location.

I would like to say that this is one of the best locations that I have been too. Every time I go I get treated great, and I have no complaints yet. The food is always warm, drinks are made great, and I have yet to have a messed up order. I am sure it happens, but it seems like it is less of an issue here compared to other locations.I have been getting the Pumpkin Spice frozen coffee lately, and have gotten their breakfast sandwiches a few times as well. Made great every time. Normally I would give a simple three star, but having their staff as friendly as they are pushed me to a four star. I would suggest this location for breakfast, or just a drink.
