Never just walk in or do a mobile order in the morning if you are in a rush! I ordered 20 minutes ahead and they still had not started my drinks! I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it done. Horrible customer service!

The espresso machine is always broken. I have to wait in line just to place my order, only to find out that they can't serve espresso. There's no point in offering it if the machine is never functioning! I won't be returning to this Dunkin' again. This is strike three for me.
