I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars, but it would need some improvement in flavor to receive a higher rating. I do appreciate the unique dishes offered for this region, but overall, it's not outstanding and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very casual."

"I was just passing through and decided to stop for a meal and a drink with my family. The food was quite good, but what really made our experience exceptional was Jasmine at the bar (not sure if I spelled her name right). Her outstanding service is what earned this place a 5-star rating. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely come back. The atmosphere is friendly, and Jasmine is truly an amazing employee!"

"I love Papa Kelsey’s in Twin Falls, but it seems the quality of the Twin location is lacking in Burley. This is maybe the 3rd or 4th chance I’ve given them to redeem themselves. As much as I love the food I don’t think I’ll return again. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sub and my sun had literally 3 small chunks of avocado in it. For it being a $14 sub, I expected a bit more avocado. I have a picture but can’t seem to post it. If you’re wanting a great Papa Kelsey’s experience, make the trip to Twin Falls to eat."

"Came through Heyburn on a road trip with u elderly mother. Had looked up places on Google and Yelp, and this rated pretty high in relation to EVERYTHING around It was REALLY busy when we got here, but we 're seated fairly quickly tbh. Was verysurprised to find a very nice dining patio with Please Don 't Feed The Cats sign, which is a first for me ???????? I was notdisappointed in the food, but it wasn 't quite 5 star. The regular Super Burger comes dry ... And so do the buns. The fries andfry sauce were good. The fries were still good after they cooked down even...a rarity for me. Mom had a veggie spud which was aveggie patty cut up on a spud with cheese sauce and served with butter and sour cream. She ate it all. Last thought is theservice. Everyone was friendly, but it was a bit slow... It was busy though and not terrible by any means. I 'd eat here again orrecommend it for sure if you 're in the area!"
