Einstein Bros. Bagels

Wrong bagel on my order. Ran out of bagel style for my wife's order. Remade my order but made my wife's order instead of what I originally ordered. First time back in about a year, used to be run very well but I guess they must have had a lot of turnover at this location.

This location had a crazy line when I showed up to pickup my catering order (placed days in advance), only to get my order 40 minutes late because they forgot to make it.If you’re just grabbing a bagel, the place is fine. But if you’re depending on timing, this is not the right place.

Today, I decided to try a new menu item and I was very disappointed. The CINNAMON ROLL is not just a no, it's a definite no! It tasted like it was three days old, and they attempted to hide that by warming it up. Even the best part, the center, was hard and dry. Do yourself a favor and skip this item. View menu

Food and speed of service great! Taste of food, amazing....coffee on the other hand, terrible so minus a star for that. It's really bad quality and although the menu states vanilla sweet cream, I was only offered half&half or 2%milk, no sweeteners, just packs of sugar. It wasn't drinkable for me, so went to waste. I reached out to support with no reply

We love good bagels and there is no better chain than Einstein Bros. to get your fix of doughy goodness with a hole in the middle. Tasty, firm and always fresh. I can?t say I have a favourite as they were all equally yummy. If only we had EinsteinBros. in the U.K. Oh well I guess we?ll just have to get our bagel fix every time we visit. Highly recommended.

I want to express my appreciation for the fantastic food. The staff member who took my order recommended an alternative, and I'm glad I took her advice. They had garlic bagels, which are one of my favorites. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are spacious and comfortable, even during busy times. According to the staff, You cannot have jalapeños on your jalapeño and cheese bagel, because they always fall off. woah! ...so, then... what are you paying for? ...after a stare off, the staff begrudgingly toasted the bagel with the jalapeñoswithout them falling off... no logic... hope they do not sell hotdogs... because you cannot have the hotdog part because thehotdog part always falls off... what a joke

Who doesn?t love a good bagel? Einstein Bros. Bagels will fulfill all your bagel needs. They offer a bunch of different flavors in addition to different flavor smears. Not only do they have bagels, but they also have different egg sandwiches, pastries,breakfast burritos, coffee, and other beverages. The restaurant itself was pretty big. It offers lots of indoor seating for youto sit and enjoy. It was pretty clean and well put together. The staff was very friendly and they were moving quickly takingorders and making orders. I placed an order through the app at 8:30 AM for a 9:40 AM pickup. When I arrived at 9:37 AM, the staff informed me that they had only just received my order on their system seven minutes earlier, and it would take an additional 15 minutes to prepare! I specifically selected 9:40 AM for the pickup so that I could make it to my destination by 10 AM. It seems they don’t give priority to online orders! Why even provide estimated pickup times? I guess I have to come to terms with the fact that my order won’t be ready on time, so I either need to order much earlier or go in person.
