"Is there something about working here that makes you unhappy? Every time I visit, I greet the staff with a smile and a friendly “hello,” and I’m lucky if I get any response at all. The young Indian woman at the counter looked completely miserable when I approached her to pay. Is it really that difficult to return a customer's courtesy? It's quite rude, to be honest. On top of that, they often run out of various bagels and spreads. I understand that some customers can be rude to service workers, but it surprises me when I make an effort to be friendly and it's not reciprocated."

The waitress took a bit longer than expected to bring out the sandwich, but it was quite tasty.

The lady making the sandwiches wasn’t the nicest, but everything tasted alright. Just FYI, summer hours are 7-2:30pm M-F.

Best coffee on campus and it is available most of the time, they try to be quick so this is a good place to stop by between classes! View menu

Don’t waste your time coming here! I waited 25 minutes for just one everything bagel with cream cheese! I ended up leaving without getting my order because i had a class.

I initially thought they had closed down because the exterior of the building looks quite neglected. However, when I called, I only encountered an automated system, and no one was available to talk to me.

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie from here via the Starship app. Although there was a slight delay, the delivery went extremely well, and the quality of the food was excellent. If you're visiting the campus or are new here, I highly recommend checking out this place. View menu

The staff were rude and unhelpful. I requested the free meal exchange, but the cashier still charged my Cougar Cash. When I informed her that I wanted the Red Combo as my free meal, she charged me for that as well, without canceling the original payment. In essence, I ended up paying for my meal twice.

It took a bit longer than expected, but I wasn't really upset since this doesn't usually happen. I used to work in customer service, so I understand that delays can occur; nobody's perfect. The food was delicious, and Erica had a great attitude. Overall, my experiences at this restaurant have been mostly positive.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
