"We used to come here every Friday and we absolutely loved it. The food and atmosphere has always been fantastic and we always brought friends and recommended it to others. However the service here within the last 3-6 months has really gone down hill. Today we came in and just wanted to have something small with some drinks. We ordered a large queso and a large guac. The server we had took our menus and, after delivering our dips, never returned. When I finally went back inside from where we were sitting on the patio and asked for more chips, the server brought us back a basket that wasn’t even half full for 4 people. We also never got to order drinks. After waiting for almost an hour I went back in to ask for the bill. I noted the issues we had with our server to the person who cashed us out and instead of receiving an answer, the man laughed and asked if I wanted a receipt. I think that more training for the servers is absolutely necessary because it is a big issue every time we come in. We are very disappointed and hope things improve for the future."

"I would have easily given this place 5 stars based on their food. However, the service and pricing were completely ridiculous. We were seated, and an older couple came in after we sat. I watched the owner point to a table without looking at them, and even though the woman said something twice he ignored her and kept walking. Not exactly a way to get return business! The look on her face said it all. After we placed our order (and the order was read back twice), the waitress brought our appetizers, but no plates to put anything on. Finally got some after asking, but then the older couple asked for a condiment, and the female owner literally snapped her fingers and pointed to the older couples table. Which the whole restaurant saw. Extremely unprofessional considering that she could have helped them, but instead went into another part of the restaurant and sat down. The waitress was the only one working and there were a handful of tables so she was super busy and definitely inexperienced. Our food came, and the waitress never cleared the table and then told us the kitchen made a mistake on my daughter's eggs. She wanted overmedium, but they were scrambled. She told us we'd have to pay extra for new eggs and the toast that she ordered. She had a complete meltdown about it, but she kept looking at the owner in a panic. That tells me he is not very business savvy and cares more about money than customers. What policy says that a customer should pay for your mistake? Also, why is your policy that if someone wants toast instead of pancakes, they have to pay $4?? I suggest taking a business class and retraining your staff unless you don't want to stay in business. I'm willing to pay for a good experience, but $100 for what we got was not worth it. Your food is good, but your lack of customer service, high prices, and business practices are certainly in need of an overhaul!"

Your staff Corey is particularly nice and ingenious, he is a super friendly guy and always makes our food wonderful."

"Every time I attempt to place an order at this restaurant, there always seems to be an issue. I have been trying to support this local establishment by continuing to give them my business, but I have reached my limit. Recently, I placed an online order only to receive an email shortly after stating that my order had been cancelled due to being too busy. On a previous occasion when I called to place an order, I was informed that I could not order pasta or sandwiches because they were understaffed. Another time, my online order was ignored and my phone calls went unanswered, despite calling during their posted hours. The next day, I received a call asking for my credit card information for the previously ignored order. Since moving to this area a couple of months ago, I was looking forward to enjoying delicious food from a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately, Papino's has been a disappointment in terms of both service and customer service. I understand the challenges of finding and retaining good staff, but the overall customer experience has been lacking. I have decided to stop trying to support Papino's with my money."
