"For many years a favorite sandwich place. The experience at the counters was great, our order as we wanted, with a smile. The atmosphere is a small town sandwich shop, not a 5-star restaurant. Tables for 2, 4, and 6. Sometimes you have tables outside,, but not in this weather!Today we split a country club on marbled rye, added two chicken enchilada soups, and two potato salads. We debated if the 'new ' potato salad is as good as the old one, from decades ago. But the current one is quite good either way. The sandwich was super fresh bread and veggies, but it was the soup that got my attention on a damp, dreary winter day. Also, the rice crispy treat was light as air."
