"We visited for lunch on a Thursday and found the restaurant nearly empty during our time there. While it appears small from the outside, we were pleasantly surprised by its spacious interior, complete with a charming patio in the back. We were treated to a complimentary bread service featuring fresh bread and delightful olive oil. The staff provided excellent recommendations, and we relished all our dishes, particularly the fried feta. The menu tends to be on the pricier side for lunch, but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return."

I’m back at a new location, and I must say the patio is spacious and lovely. The food remains excellent, and the service is consistently friendly. I highly recommend the zucchini chips and the octopus; those are my favorite dishes here! View menu

This restaurant is such a hidden gem!! It was recommended to me by a coworker and I'm only sad I didn't discover it sooner. It's such a cute neighborhood restaurant with fine dining food and service. The zucchini chips and grilled octopus are A MUST every single time we go. We've alternated between entrees and all have been amazing esp the grilled Branzino! Highly recommend as a date night spot or girls dinner out!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
