"We approached the woman at the counter with smiles, but she didn’t return the gesture—she was the same woman who served me last week. I asked if it was too late to get a couple of milkshakes, and she replied that it was indeed too late, as they were closing down. We thought she was joking, but sadly she confirmed that they weren’t serving anything anymore and were already closed. In today's economic climate, it seems like a small business would want to welcome any customer, even if it meant having to wash an ice cream scooper or rinse a blender. My little brother was disappointed, but we ended up going to Dairy Queen down the road instead."

I've been here a few times. They have really good ice-cream. I would love to come back again.

Great selection of I've cream. Very friendly staff. The banana split is the best buy if you like soft serve. They just need pineapple for it.

Great place for an ice cream treat! Large portions and plenty of variety. They offer testers so you can try a few before making a decision. There is more parking around back of the building and an additional entrance back there as well.

10/10. Amazing. Perfect. Life-changing. Homemade ice cream, slushees, flurries, root beer floats, soft serve options, ice cream cake, ice cream sandwiches. I get addicted to the new flavors offered weekly. If you are in need of a dopamine hit this is your place.

In response to your reply: Are you suggesting that it was DoorDash's fault that your staff filled our cups halfway and made the milkshakes runny? The total for my order was actually over $47, not $35. It seems unfair to put all the blame on DoorDash. The service and management were unprofessional. Thankfully, DoorDash refunded me $41. I will never order from Eric's again. View menu

Love this ice cream place!!! The ice cream flavors are interesting and good and they let you try samples if you are deciding between a few. The biggest problem is deciding what to get and the 2nd biggest problem is eating it all. My wife and I get 2 scoops a lot, and we have a hard time finishing it. We somehow manage. I would love a smaller size 2 scoop option. Staff is friendly and helpful and seem to always be pleasant when we go. It can be busy during the summer months. Glad they are open year round too! Highly recommend :

The ice cream here is amazing—definitely some of the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. I've been there two Sundays in a row, and both times the young woman who served us was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, she also neglected the condition of the bathrooms; there was no soap available, and both the toilets and floors were dirty. We were the first customers there, so there’s really no excuse for that. I'd love to return, but given the poor service I’ve experienced, I think I’ll hold off until there are changes and better maintenance of the establishment.

"Do not go if it is busy. We have gone before and it was not bad but there was no excuse for tonight. My wife wanted to eat here for our anniversary, celebrating 5 years. Honestly after what we were served I would have rather eaten at Wendy’s. I havedined at many steak houses across the country. The steak I was served tonight I would not have given to my dog. I ordered thesteak medium, reasonable for a steak house because they normally undercook they steaks a bit. It was charred but cold and fleshyin the middle. I took two small bites and couldn’t do it, the steak was rare, honestly more than rare in the center. Iinformed the waiter it wasn’t right and he told me it would be taken back and corrected. After 10 minutes I was brought whatyou see in the picture I posted, the same steak just burnt. Yes it was closer to medium but by this time the outside was notcharred but burned. I tried my best to suffer through it but the taste of the burnt outer portion left a god awful taste in mymouth for the next hour. It was clear to me that nothing was going to be done after displaying my disgust so I payed and weleft. They steak you see in the picture cost me almost $60 alone. I have never been to another restaurant where the bill wasmore than $180 for two people and have been more disappointed. Honestly in bowling green go to Rafferty’s and get bettersteaks for a quarter of the price."
