"Trai borghi più belli del nostro Abruzzo sicuramente, nella mia lista Pescocostanzo è annoverato tra i primi.Ed in questo posto oltre alla bellezza del territorio c'è Essentia. E' un posto dove ti accorgi che l'amore per il proprio lavoro e la cura dei dettagli nei piatti siano intrinsechi della persona che li prepara. Ecco, Nicola rappresenta quello che di bello oggi riesce a fare un giovane con la voglia e l'intraprendenza di far conoscere la passione per il cibo mantenendo le proprietà organolettiche degli stessi. Fatevi trasportare nel percorso culinario dai vostri sensi perché sarà un esplosione di sapori e odori che faranno tornare indietro la memoria ai tempi delle nostre nonne. Vi auguro che leggendo e guardando le mie foto possano far in modo che quantomeno la curiosità vi spinga a farci un salto perché vi assicuro che il gusto supera di gran lunga la vista. The food was a fantastic, elegant place, service is great, It was the best restaurant for our 4-day trip and we tried 6 restaurants All stars and Micheline would I give this place! The quality of products is great, fresh homemade bread, olive oil, each dish was with the right balance of flavors and elegant representation, and portions were simply perfect (not small.
