"I was in town for work and was looking for somewhere to eat. I asked the hotel front desk guy and he recommended Firehouse Bar Grille. I live in the Twin Cities and was looking for some small town atmosphere (I am from a small town). I found exactly what I was looking for! I sat at the bar and as greeted right away. They let me know that Wednesday nights were wing night (50 cents a wing). The lady that was sitting next to me was an old employee of the bar and pretty much gave me a play by play of what was good on the menu. After looking at the menu for 10 minutes I ordered 6 wings for an app.... I then ordered the California Burger. I have had many burgers, but this one was by far one of the best!!! If you ever find yourself in the Wadena, MN area I would high suggest stopping at Firehouse Bar Grille!"

my chicken sandwich was good, but small. it also tasted as if oil was somewhat old and used to freeze fish. fries was delicious. yelp gave me a credit card.

We were greeted by friendly waiter. He mentioned Monday is burger night. We tried the aloha burger that comes with bbq pork and coleslaw on top. It wasn't too sweet and went well with the sweet potato fries.

Consistently good food with creative menu choices. Last time we were there, the waitress let us do whatever we wanted basically for burger basket night. Firehouse burger without slaw is my favorite, but its not for the timid!

The restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices, with a welcoming staff. Each of us ordered something different and everyone was pleased with their meal. I especially enjoyed the chili burger with fries - the fries were cooked perfectly. View menu

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. Among the three of us, we ordered the burger and the fish sandwich. I would definitely order them again. My son also had sweet potato fries which were tasty, but the cinnamon butter that came with them was the standout. Overall, we were very impressed.

Nice good place was uncertain how the apartment or motel building connected to it has seen better days. But the interior was beautiful. Bathroom door handle lacked what was a bit unpleasant (I assume that was a temporary problem). But I love places that are not afraid to come with some interesting combinations for food. Check out some of the photos of the specials. Burger (Firehouse Burger) and App (Waffle nachos) I had where really good. Friends, where pretty good. All in all that I feel, this place deserves a better place, because that's the only thing that takes me off. Will definitely come by when I'm back in the area.
