"This was my first visit to your store with great anticipation based on other positive reviews! I bring the pizza home and noticed it was not what we ordered. I immediately call the store, the person realizes his mistake in not placing our correct order when I called and apologized several times! The poor customer service happened when not once did he explain how he would make it right or compensate us for his mistake! He simply stated I could return to the store with the pizza, which was not an option since I was home and already serving it to my elderly mom who needs to eat by a certain time! So sad I was hoping to have a positive experience! Chances are I will not return."

"This place used to be so great. I went often for the breakfast sunrise sandwich. Two women ran this place smoothly. Loved those ladies. Now, under new ownership, they have more people and can’t run the place. Out of a lot of stuff, lost order, my sandwich was missing the tomato preserves, and there were multiple packs of dog biscuits with fuzzy mold. Lady, if you know they’re only good for 3 days then you should know when to pull them before they mold. Won’t ever return. It’s a sad moment."

"This is the only place I will come to get fried whole wings, when I do not feel like cooking. They make them exactly the way I ask. I called in and I always say no salt and please tell the cook don’t fry my wings hard. They get it right every single time, Also they change their grease regularly, So their chicken does not taste like old grease. They are very personable, polite, and cordial. They will always get my vote. Manhattan Chicken is out here killing folks, their chicken is pre-marinade salty, they don’t give you a choice to choose no salt. “Thank You for the Respect you show to your Customers”"
