"Let's break it down: I give 3 stars for the burger, 4 stars for the fries, and 5 stars for cleanliness. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like a $9+ hamburger. While having two patties sounds good, the burger lacked flavor, and even with grilled onions and mushrooms, it was extremely bland. The bun was so thin that it got soggy very quickly from the burger. The staff were nice, but I was surprised to see seven people working while it felt so slow. I even saw one photo of them just standing around, and it was a bit entertaining to hear their casual chatter about the dishes and fries. Not exactly a picture of productivity. On a positive note, I loved how clean everything was, and the fries were great. However, I can't agree with their claims of being the "best burger" or the "best bargain." I understand that the current environment for materials and labor is challenging, but I would suggest discussing productivity with the team."

Walked into an empty restaurant with a couple ordering in front of me, made my order of 1 small burger and 1 small fry... walked out after 30 minutes of waiting and they still weren't done

The burgers here are always top notch! I like how you can put whatever you want on the burgers and make it your own. The fries and shakes are also amazing! I highly recommend Five Guys if you are craving a burger

I had a fantastic meal, but I couldn't finish it all. I didn't realize that the small burger comes with just one patty. I also couldn't finish the fries, even though they were delicious and tasted like fresh potatoes. I won't take any leftovers with me because they never taste the same when reheated, especially when traveling. The burgers were juicy and satisfying.

You can choose the size and toppings, allowing for customization of your order. The possibilities are endless if you like to mix things up.
