"The service was outstanding. The goat milk cavatelli pasta was rich and flavorful. The Duroc boar was tasty, but the portion size was a bit on the small side. The coppa ham and roggen didn’t impress and I wouldn't recommend it. The garlicky hearth-grilled prawns (only four) were overcooked and lacked the expected wood-grilled flavor. However, the Daytona bourbon cocktail was refreshing and smooth. While the prices were quite high compared to the portion sizes, Trust Restaurant remains our favorite!"

Enjoyed the food imensly, we all shared the Brsnzino, shrimp, ahi poke, endive salad, quail and pork, loved it all. We were celebrating a birthday and mentioned it at end of meal, but nothing was offered.

The brunch menu offered some unique options, but there was only one standard dish available. The beverage selection was average, lacking in variety for a brunch setting. Service was decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy.

Everything at Fort Oak is fantastic! This time around we got the Old Bay Prawns, Scallop Aguachile, Broiled Oysters, Beef Tartare, Heart Roasted Carrots, Charred Caulilini, the NY Strip, and the sea bass. Can?t go wrong eating here! View menu

It was my birthday dinner and our server suggested the most amazing dishes. My favorite was the Charred Caulilini. It had so much flavor. My friend had the pork chop and she really enjoyed it. My only disappointment was they did not have a rose by the glass but that did not stop me from giving them 5 stars!

Called about 6 times to modify my reservation (day of the weekend/time) and they were VERY accommodating. We also were originally slated to sit outside (we thought it would be a gorgeous SD day), but it was raining and they called to let us know it might be snug since they were having to move everyone outside in, but that they would still honor our reservation.
