The avocado and asparagus roll was good! The Pad Thai noodles were nice but had a comparatively mild flavor.

Franchia’s is amazing! Wonderful service and very delicious flavours. The spicy noodle dish was absolutely awesome — just spicy enough and full of flavour and aroma. The beef clay pot rice was amazing and the rice was perfectly crispy. It came out sizzling which was so cool! Then the fish soup that my partner got was awesome too. He said it’s so cool how it tastes so much like fish. We are very grateful we found this wonderful restaurant! One of the best vegan restaurant in NYC.
