"Every time I visit this place the service is absolutely terrible. No one seems to be happy to work at this place. I recently visited here for the first time and had a disappointing experience. The employee who took my order was extremely rude, which set a negative tone right from the start. Despite the food being good, the long wait time and terrible service made the overall experience very unpleasant. I understand that busy times can cause delays, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism is inexcusable. I won't be returning anytime soon."

Burgers are always good I feel a step above the lower priced fast food places. Service is always friendly and fast. Custards are a great end to the meal!

I love Freddy's Burgers I just would like to know if it's real custard or are they just calling it custard instead of shake can eat Shake but I can eat custard and I love it when it has more than chocolate and vanilla available never at Freddy's

Worker was preparing ice cream/ yogurt treats (16) She wore NO Gloves! Wiped each chocolate cookie on her shirt before putting scoop on ice cream/ yogurt on cookie. She was also not polite at order counter. Later I got terribly sick from my chocolate shake. Hmmmm? I reported no gloves worker to two workers who claimed to be the boss. No response given. Atmosphere of staff was poor!

We showed up at 9pm on a Wednesday night. The store closes at 10 pm. The cashier was slow and could not answer what toppings came on certain sandwiches without asking. While we were eating they started to put all chairs in resturant? I took a picture to prove this with time stamp. We felt uncomfortable, like they wanted us to leave at 9:30pm. Lost my business, in this economy you think they would care Customer beware!!
