"The worst restaurant ever, it's so bad I want to give it zero stars but that's not possible so I give it a one. My friend and I ended up here after visiting friends in the area. When we walked in it was pretty empty and we were sat right away. Things seemed to be going well until we got our food. It was tasteless, bad and not fresh at all in fact the spicy tuna roll is where they put their least fresh fish. The edamame lacked in flavor and the rainbow roll was disgusting. In the end the total bill was around $70 and they didn't take our credit card but got mad when we paid in cash. Staff was rude and un helpful. According to other reviews Fuji sushi has been closed down before for violating health codes, operating without a valid license from the health department and various vermon infestations. I have never had sushi as disgusting as this and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. It's time for Fuji sushi to close its doors once and for all."

I hope to support them again when they reopen in mid-2023 after the devastating fire and water damage. I hope they have good insurance and come back better than ever.

Food was just a step below authentic, but considering their price it was worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The ambience was right for a decent meal.

Pro: Plenty of seating (upper and lower level) Good sushi (Rock 'n Roll) Good service Mediocre: Tempura udon: a lot of veggies with minimal amounts of noodles but it will fill you up. The broth was just ok View menu

I really like this place. Quality fish. Great friendly staff even though it was busy on a Sunday. The variety of food offered here is amazing. The rolls are so beautiful and has all the right sauces. I want to come back and try everything

I have been here twice now with my daughters and we enjoyed it both times. Both times we got the specials for lunch. Service is good and the food is very good. One of my daughters always wants Japanese soup and the other one sushi, in this place everybody?s happy!

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
