"We made a reservation on the same day, but when we arrived there was no host or wait staff, and the dining room was closed. Our only option was to sit at the bar, where we had only a few minutes to place our order before the kitchen closed. It turned out there was only one person working in the kitchen, and most weekdays they closed early. We were confused as to why they allowed reservations at the time we went. Despite this, the food was absolutely fantastic and saved our dinner. The wine list was lacking, but the bartender recommended one that was decent. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at this place."

We were in NOLA during Mardi Gras, had no dinner reservations and every place was packed. We stumbled upon Fulton St. Bistro in the lobby of the Omni Hotel. It is a new spot. The restaurant manager was our server and treated us like VIPs.

We had reservations for the first seating and we were the only customers in the dining room for about minutes. We placed BB our order and was informed approximately minutes after placing the order they were out of salad. This means they were starting their Friday night without salad. Really???? One hour after placing our order we were informed that one of the entrees were not available. At this time we elected to leave. Waitress informed us they were in the process of changing their menu and were out of many of the selections
