Garman's And Irish Pub

First time there. We had a nice dinner. Great service and the food was very good. I had the Dublin Stew. It was soooooo good. Nice place to be.

Great food and friendly servers. Great spot to meet up with friends. A favorite locals spot. Love the Bangers and mash. Had the Irish tacos today... savory, satisfying, and not too heavy, a perfect light lunch. The tailpipes were awesome!

The food is great here! I love the Irish food you can find many places. the shepherd pie is delicious. And if you want something more american they make great burgers and other sandwiches too. This is by far the best Irish Pub in the county. I come on Tuesdays for the trivia. Great group of folks. Amazing food. I love the burgers. Best of all is The Gauntlet which is a selection of pints in which are mixed two different beers like Black and Tan (Guinness and Bass) or Black and Blonde (Guinness and something else).

This is a fantastic spot with excellent staff, delicious food, and refreshing beer. I really appreciate the small-town atmosphere, and it’s a refreshing change from yet another Mexican restaurant in Santa Paula. Don’t get me wrong, I love tacos and beer, but having an Irish pub like this in our little town is truly a wonderful addition.

The food was incredible! I had the clam chowder and a burger, both of which were delicious. The restaurant features two pool tables, two steel tip dart boards, and they even host cornhole games in the evenings. The place was bustling with activity. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very friendly. The building itself is rich in history, making it a fantastic spot for a date night. The food is great! My boyfriend ordered the salmon with steamed vegetables, and he enjoyed his dinner just as much. View menu

Just a heads-up: when this place gets busy, the staff tend to move slower than usual. My group and I came in with a bunch of other people from a steam train tour event that stopped in Santa Paula for 4 hours, so the place was packed. It took long for us to be seated, and a while for the food to arrive, but we had an amazing server who made up for it with his fun and friendly personality! The corned beef and cabbage (both in taco and original forms) tasted good, but I heard that the inside of their buffalo wings tasted a bit cold (like it was just taken out of the freezer and flash fried).

Absolutely surprised to have the experience there was. I just wanted a place to watch the Dodgers they won. Jasah! but I ended up with a Clam Chowder unlike anyone I've ever had and a just perfect Caesar Salat. If that sounds boring for you, I'll challenge you to try it and if you're not at least blown away, then call me. The staff is good. Several games on, but not too loud. Children and adults throw darts and no cell phone in sight. This is because I'm hiding mine while I'm using awkward but effectively under the bar. If ever in Santa Paula, CA I insist that you have a drink and a bite at the Garman's Pub. Ambience, to fit exactly over everyone. Really high ceilings also

My 4 year old son and I were on a day trip to Santa Paula to visit some of their museums and needed a place for lunch. Garman's Restaurant and Irish Pub was recommended. I'm very happy we went. The prices were a bit much for lunch, but not too bad. My Reuben sandwich was very good. My son's kid's meal was okay. They served it to us CRAZY hot without warning. I know... food is supposed to be hot. But my toddler legitimately burned himself on this chicken fingers. The best thing about this place is the ambience.
