"The service was good, but the food was disappointing. I ordered a 16-inch pizza and 10 wings for $38. The wings tasted like they were from Costco, both in appearance and flavor. The pizza was significantly undercooked, with cold toppings that didn’t even seem to have been heated. While the waitstaff were friendly, they were slow to check on our meal. We struggled to eat the soggy, undercooked pizza and ultimately couldn’t finish it. They offered to cook it longer, but that didn’t improve the situation since the dough had already absorbed all the grease and oils from the cheese. They seemed surprised when we opted not to take home over half of the pizza."

The pizza and wings are outstanding, and the garlic rolls are amazing too. I strongly recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant truly elevates the coal-fired pizza experience. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the dough is consistently baked to perfection.

I regret that I need to revise my review. It’s been over a year since my last visit, and if you look at my previous review, you’ll notice we had some positive experiences.

Giovanni's Coal Fired Pizza is conveniently located near the hotels. The garlic knots from their menu were fantastic. We also experienced attentive service from the staff. It's a great spot for a quick meal.

The restaurant had plenty of positive features, but I left feeling a bit unsatisfied. The pizza was delicious, but I found the meatball to be somewhat dry. On the bright side, the service was outstanding—our server was truly delightful.

This restaurant serves coal-fired pizza. I found it to be just average; I've had better elsewhere. However, they do offer a nice selection of reasonably priced lunch specials. When I inquired with the waitress, she made some suggestions... View menu

Great service, but the food left something to be desired. We ordered a 16-inch pizza and 10 wings for $38. The wings appeared and tasted like they were from Costco, and the pizza was noticeably undercooked. All the toppings were cold and seemed like they hadn't been cooked properly. The waitstaff was friendly, but they were slow to check on our meal. We tried to eat the soggy, undercooked pizza, but it was inedible. They offered to cook it longer, but that didn’t help since the dough had already absorbed all the grease from the cheese. They seemed surprised when we declined to take home more than half of the pizza.
