"The Food here is delicious!! I love this place! My favorite is the baked chicken and Turkey wings. This place is classy and clean! The staff are very professional and provide good customer service. The candied yams are out of this world!! I do wish the portion size on the delicious mac and cheese was larger. The Hoho cake is delicious as well, but they never seem to have it anymore. The lemonade is the best and the cornbread is so good! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!"

I would recommend this place of you're looking for some southern food (comfort food). I ordered the baked turkey and it came with gravy and it was delicious. The corn bread is really good too! All the food we ordered was amazing.

I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast featuring perfectly scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, warm buttered grits, toast, and a cup of black coffee to complete the meal. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The service was outstanding too! View menu

EVERY THING was the service. EVERYONE was ULTRA polite and helpful. I can't believe how much REAL cheese is in the macaroni and cheese. My candied Yams were different from what I was used to, but they were delicious. My wings were fried for perfection and the green beans were also cooked beautifully. Thanks to G

A great place for southern/homestyle food. The lunch special is $10 with a large entree, 2 sides, cornbread and a drink. I will definitely eat here again, I had received enough food for lunch, to take back to the office, for only $10. I ordered Chicken and pastry, yams, Mac and cheese and sweet tea. I highly suggest you try this place out.

I’ve been to Gk Cafe Catering twice, and both experiences were excellent. On my first visit, I enjoyed the lasagna, which was full of rich flavor. I especially liked that it came with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Today, I tried their daily fried chicken, opting for the white meat, and it was superb. The breast portion was generous and perfectly cooked. View menu

We stopped by for lunch today, and the food was fantastic! The service was just as amazing as the meal. The interior is clean and well-maintained. This is a family-run café, and you can really see the pride they take in their food as well as their employees. They are always excited to greet you when you walk in. We've definitely found our go-to spot for home-cooked lunches!

I enjoyed an excellent breakfast today at Gk Cafe Catering, and I want to sincerely thank everyone involved! It was especially special to reconnect with my dear friend Marva after so many years. Thank you, Marva, for your infectious smile and for being so vibrant and present in this world. The menu at Gk Cafe Catering truly made the experience even better. Take care and stay safe. Best, Bobby.

"We dined at Nino 's in Greenville tonight. On arrival they seated us pretty quickly (We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation). Initial impressions were NOT good. They sat us RIGHT next to a large family with young boisterous children despite empty tables evident in all directions. Our menus were soiled with food film smears on the outside and greasy fingerprints on the paper inside. The restaurant was freezing. A bartender (I think) was repeatedly tossing empty bottles into a trash can or something so there was a periodic loud glass crash. Being an old curmudgeon I of course had to of course complain. The manager came over and apologized and the noise stopped. Temporarily. Until the bartender forgot and did it again. I had hoped to get the (recommended) Pork Ossobuco, but it was not on the menu tonight and was probably a special. I inquired about it and the waitress replied What is ossobuco? She then brought us a bread service of four VERY oily soft squares of focaccia which were really delicious. I know now where the greasy fingerprints on the menus came from. My wife ordered chicken parmesan and thought the flavor was good, but the chicken breast was a little chewier than expected. It was served with spaghetti and was a large portion. I ordered spinach pappardelle with a wonderfully rich and creamy burrata and white truffle sauce topped with blackened shrimp. This dish was VERY good and I 'd order it again if we return. The shrimp were cooked perfectly... just the right complement to the delicious sauce. We enjoyed a bottle of Nino 's Falanghina, a white wine somewhere in the ballpark of an albariño or sauvignon blanc. It was very good and was a good value. It paired very well with the meals. We passed on dessert but there were several interesting options. All in all, I truly enjoyed my meal and would order it again. My wife felt that the chicken parmesan was pretty pedestrian and was no better than we can make at home or get in"
