"While this place does many things right, I find it a little confusing to review as there are several aspects that are not up to par in my opinion. However, they are impressively fast and efficient, and I believe their pricing is fair for the quality of service provided. This is particularly noteworthy in today's environment where one often has to compromise on one thing to get another. On my first visit, I ordered shrimp rice and chicken fried dumplings, and it took less than 10 minutes for my order to arrive. The bill was under $20, which was reasonable. The food looked presentable, and I could see the cashier making dumplings or wontons while I was there, indicating that they are likely made in-house with care. However, the food itself was lacking in flavor in my opinion, although it may be intentionally low in sodium and healthy. It seems to cater to the taste preferences of the residents of the Upper East Side/Sutton Place area who prefer flavorless restaurants. The green peas in the fried rice were hard and dry, and the shrimp seemed slightly undercooked.Despite the negatives, I like the restaurant and plan to give it another try, being more specific about my preferences for the fried rice. They have a condiment table with sauces, chili paste/oil, and other condiments based on individual preferences. I am hopeful that my experience will improve during my next visit."

Found a piece of METAL in my wonton soup. The restaurant did not even apologize when I called. I had to argue for a refund. Appalling.

Quick, tasty food, and nice people. Don’t know what some of the negative reviews are on about. Seems like mostly out of towners with one negative experience.

Terrible experience at this restaurant. They refused to prepare my order. I placed it through Seamless, but the restaurant chose not to fulfill it and canceled it after a 30-minute wait, leaving me in limbo on the app all that time. View menu

place is really good, just have to order right because some dishes are much better than others. looking at complaints, people have issues with service. the people are really nice and helpful so judging by that i’m guessing some reviewers just got unlucky.

I’ve had Go Noodle deliver food at least five times. It is always fresh and delicious. Good lunch special until 4pm (chicken w/string beans hot and sour soup is my go to). I always call to order, and the lady is very professional. One of the few restaurants that provide fortune cookies—they make me happy!

I had to try many mediocre places before I finally discovered a great Chinese delivery option. Then I found Go Noodle! I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food is, which is the most important factor. They also customized my order exactly as I requested without any extra charges. I highly recommend them for the flavor! Food: 5/5 View menu

Today, I decided to give it another try. They were wearing hair nets, but it was evident that these were ineffective, as a lot of their hair was still visible. Unfortunately, when I returned the food, I encountered a very rude employee. The same man who I suspect was responsible for the hair in my food last time claimed that this wasn’t my first complaint and insisted that they never have issues with their food. As someone who has family in the food industry, it's frustrating to see such a lack of care for preventable mistakes like this. I didn’t come in demanding a refund or a replacement; I just wanted to inform them about what had happened. Ultimately, they gave me my money back, but the...

Where do I start? I guess by saying this is a review not of food but of customer service. I will never know what the food tastes like because it never came! I will never order from here again. Long story short ordered on delivery.com. Estimate says 30 45 min (which is so long for Chinese food my normal place is always about 15 min . At the 40 min mark I called to see where my food was gave my address (and apt and was told it was on its way. I live around the corner 15 min later, never came. I call back got the rudest person ever who was short and aggressive with me when I said I was told it was coming and I live around the corner it's now 55 minutes. I was told they never received my order t...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
