I had the best bite in Liberal: the spicy shredded beef Gordita from Gorditas 2 Go. The steak Gordita was also fantastic, but the shredded beef was simply incredible. It was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The price was very reasonable as well. You have to try it!

Caution regarding additional fees! I paid in cash, but my receipt showed a Card Processing Fee. I probably won’t return, especially with so many other great options in town. I decided to stop by this restaurant while passing through town, and it absolutely amazed my taste buds! If you're searching for the best, this is the place to go. It's family-owned, and the service is friendly and quick. I can confidently say it's the most delicious steak and egg burrito, along with the green chili, rice, and beans that I've ever had. If you're in search of a delightful brunch without spending too much, I highly recommend this place. The burritos are the standout item on the menu—flavorful and hearty! I would give the food a solid 4 out of 5 for its quality, but what truly sets this spot apart is the outstanding service—so friendly and efficient, it definitely deserves a 5 out of 5! The atmosphere is alright, though nothing particularly special, which is why I gave it a 3. Overall, this is an excellent option for a quick and budget-friendly brunch!

The food quality was good, and the torta was generously sized and packed with ingredients. However, I was let down because the picture displayed beans and rice, leading me to believe they would be included with the torta plate. Unfortunately, it only came with the torta. Additionally, I expected to receive a slice of Tres Leches cake, but instead, I was given a cup of ice cream without any prior notice about this change. I also faced an issue with the drinks; the menu indicated a price of $3.25, but when I chose a flavor, an extra $3.10 was added, bringing the total to $6.35 for a drink, which felt excessive. I’m not sure whether this was an error on DoorDash's part or the restaurant's.

Everything we tasted was fresh and incredibly delicious. As someone from the Midwest with Southwest roots, I have specific expectations for "Midwestern Mexican" cuisine. It's not bad, just different from what I'm used to. At Gorditas 2 Go, I thoroughly enjoyed my beef flautas; they truly brought me back home. My husband, who is also from the Southwest, felt the same way about his smothered burrito. The rice and beans were outstanding—much better than what you generally find.
