"The quesadilla was made with a corn tortilla, which is the traditional choice, but it resembled an open-faced sandwich instead. The meat inside was quite salty. The grilled chicken salad was acceptable, but nothing remarkable. As for the service, I’d rate it 2 stars—not due to the overall experience, but because our server's pretentious attitude made things uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question, I received a snarky response instead of a straightforward "yes" or "no." The other staff members were attentive and friendly, but this particular server acted like the world owed him something. The wait time for food and drinks was typical for a Saturday night, though the restaurant could definitely use some air conditioning to keep guests comfortable while waiting."

Consistently phenomenal food, amazing happy hour, a chill and friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and great at mixing fantastic drinks. An absolute Bushwick must! The El Presidente burrito is a personal favorite and their Guac Trio is always a great start.

This restaurant was rated with one Michelin star in 2021 and 2022. It is worth checking. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were large. They have margaritas and mezcalritas in 6 different flavors, and my favorite was the passionfruit. The staff was very friendly too! I can’t wait to come back!

This is such an great place. When we first went we felt so welcome and everyone who works there is so friendly. I love sitting outside and dining alongside the neighborhood pups. Random Menu highlights are the cocktails (and I love that they have some fun non alcoholic drinks as well , the chips and four different salsas (they’re very spicy!! everything I’ve tried here is super yummy and it’s vegetarian friendly. Great spot for all occasions! View menu

Service was good and very friendly , unfortunately the chicken tacos were really bad and they only give you one single taco shell so it breaks apart less than halfway through... nice : Spicy margarita is an extra charge just to put alitle tajin on the outside of the glass : who actually puts their mouth on glass in public restaurants ? just tastes like juice.. at least put a jalepeño slice in it or two, if you're gonna charge extra for spicy it should be spicy :

I’d been to many Mexican spots in the last year that turned me off to the food and experience, and randomly on a day least expected I went to this spot not expecting much and got some of the best food I’ve had in a while. The waiter helped a lot with the choices and when they messed something up they offered dessert on the house for it, which was not necessary at all but very appreciated. This spot made me feen for Mexican food like crazy lately I can’t wait to go back. I also always hated seafood but their shrimp tacos changed my mind now. 10/10 spot 100% must try.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
