"The space itself was cool. Huge outdoor area and lots of space indoors as well. We made a reservation on OpenTable for outdoor seating and when we arrived they tried to seat us indoors. We explained that we had an outdoor reservation and they said they don 't allow you to choose outdoor or indoor even though the reservation and confirmation clearly stated that. We then ordered drinks, tacos and dessert. The first round was given to the wrong table and then a new round was made incorrectly. The tacos were really good but the sorbet had freezer burn or something because it was just chunks of ice and syrup and definitely not the flavor we ordered anyway. Took a REALLY long time for drinks. The staff was nice but it wasn 't the best experience and nothing on our bill was comped for the mistakes. I 'd give it a try again because the place was cool but hopefully they get it together. They tried saying they only take requests for outdoor seating but the reservation clearly stated outdoor . Instead of being combative with a customer who was looking forward to a second try, it would be helpful if they were more understanding that when your reservation states outdoor , you expect to be seated outdoor."

I love this place, excellent service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. We had a large group for a party and the environment was comfortable and safe.

Ambiance and vibe was really good. Very flexible indoor and outdoor setup. Great for conversation. Music not too loud mostly, mostly oldies. Fish taco was tasty but everything else didn?t hit the day that I went. Pull up for beers and cheers. View menu

An awesome place! Each area of the restaurant is different in design and vibe, but all are amazing! The service was really good (especially if you get Raquel to serve you!! Also Anna, the manager was doing a great job). The outdoor area is great for sunny days, but they also have an indoor garden area which is lit! Food is okay and prices are fair. Happy hour drinks are great!

Their patio got my attention and decided to have a quick bite to eat, although I did not sit on the patio but on one of the small table on the street, I had a good time here. The hostess was so nice and friendly, same thing with the bartender. I had the burrata salad with chicken on the side; I don’t know how they prepare the chicken but I loved it! Definitely I’ll come back for a quick bite to eat again!

What a spot! This is easily one of my favorite places in Brooklyn. It?s perfect for a date night, quick drink, brunch or dinner. They have a huge space complete with a boujee bar, indoor outdoor dining (sit outside on a nice day as it?s shaded and a greatvibe), and a pool table that?s FREE! I ordered the steak and eggs and it was phenomenal. The chimichurri sauce hit. Oh and did Imention they have frozen margaritas. Spicy and regular. Can?t wait to go back. View menu

We went to Gran Torino because a friend of us recommended it, we were blown away by their service, staff and the most important the food OMG! We’ve been taken care of since we got to the place, Walter has been a fantastic host during the whole night, he was constantly checking out our table and needs, later on he explained to us what’s what makes Gran Torino a staple in the neighborhood in addition to an after dinner walkthrough of the place and all the available options to host our private party in their different rooms (the Riva room is a little gem worth to experience it) We’ve been recommending the place since then and it seems that the word of mouth is being spread because anytime that...

I will never go back to this restaurant. The ONLY thing I will give this place is that it’s a cool ambience and vibe, but everything else is awful. Service: All of our food came out at different times. There were 7 of us and some of the appetizers came out at the same time as some of our entrees. Then some just never came out at all, which made it super awkward, with not wanting to be rude and eat while our friends went hungry waiting AN HOUR for their food. One dish never even came. When we asked for silverware, we were told “sure” and the guy basically threw the packages on the table. It became colder at night so we asked for the heater to be turned on, the guy acted like it was a chore. U...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
